Are SheaMoisture products tested on animals?
No, we are proudly cruelty-free. We never test our products or ingredients on animals, and we are certified by PETA.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to our global community soon.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided at least 50% of the product remains.
Are your products safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, most of our shampoos and conditioners are sulfate-free and formulated to be gentle on color-treated hair to prevent fading while maintaining moisture.
